Creativ Adworks  /  Privacy and the demo agents

What happens to what you say here.

We sell AI that answers the phone, so we are not going to be vague about our own. This page says plainly what the demo agents do with your voice, what the scorecard stores, and what changes when it is your business instead of our demo.

The demo agents

If you press call, you are recorded.

In California and several other states, everyone taking part in a recorded call has to agree to the recording. If anyone else will be heard on your end, tell them first.

  1. Your audio leaves your browser

The conversation runs on ElevenLabs, our voice provider. Your microphone audio is sent to them, converted to text, answered by a language model that ElevenLabs connects the agent to (Google's Gemini in the four industry demos), and spoken back. We do not run this on your device.

  2. It is recorded and transcribed

Demo calls and typed messages are recorded and kept so we can check the agent behaved. We review them. Assume a person at Creativ Adworks may read or listen to what you said. If you want a demo call deleted, email us and we delete it.

  3. Do not give it anything real

It is a demonstration of a front desk for an invented business. Do not read out a card number, a medical detail, a client matter, a Social Security number, or anything you would not put in an email to a stranger. The agent is built to refuse card numbers and to stop you if you start, but do not rely on that.

  4. You can just not press it

Nothing on this site requires the demo. Read the page, take the scorecard, or email us. The demo agents, including the talking orb on the home page, are optional, and they are the only things that touch your microphone. Typed messages to a demo are kept the same way as calls. The industry pages load the call button's code from unpkg.com when the page opens, before you press anything, so that service can see your browser visited. The home page orb loads its code only after you press Talk to it.

The scorecards

Answers stay in your browser until you send them.

The Growth Roadmap scores entirely on your own machine. Nothing is transmitted while you answer, and you can read every score without giving us anything.

If you enter an email and submit, we receive that email address, your score, which answers produced it, the value per client you entered, the language, and which page you were on. We use it to send you your results and to follow up once. We do not sell it, we do not rent it, and we do not add you to a list you did not ask for.

  1. What we store

Your email, your score, your answers, the value per client from the scorecard, the page, the language and the date. That is the record we keep. Our form host, Netlify, also logs technical details of the submission, such as your IP address and browser, and each submission is emailed to two people at Creativ Adworks.

  2. What we do not store

We do not ask for and do not want a name, a phone number, a company size, a budget, or anything about your clients or patients.

  3. Getting it deleted

Email hello@creativadworks.com and say “delete my scorecard”. We remove it and reply to confirm. No form, no account, no retention argument.

A real deployment is not this demo.

The agent on this site is deliberately the least private version of what we build, because it is public and it belongs to us. Yours is the opposite.

It lives in your accounts

We set it up so your phone number, your voice and AI accounts, your cloud project and your call records are in your name and under your billing. Recordings and transcripts sit in your accounts, not ours, and we write down where they are stored before anything goes live.

Retention follows your rules

You decide how long recordings and transcripts are kept, down to deleting them straight away, and who can read them. We build to your policy rather than imposing ours.

Vendor agreements are yours

Where your sector requires a specific agreement with a processor, that agreement is between you and the vendor. We tell you exactly which vendors are in the path so your counsel can look at each one.

Your data does not train anything

We do not pool client data, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train a shared model. The AI providers we build on are contractually barred from training their models on your content.

Consent is designed in

Call recording notices, the languages used, and who hears them are part of the written scope before the agent takes a call, not an afterthought.

You can read everything

Every call and transcript is available to your team in your own account.

HIPAA, plainly

What is true today for clinics.

We do not claim HIPAA compliance today. We have not yet confirmed that our voice provider will sign a business associate agreement, so our public demo is not for real patient information, and nothing that touches patient records is agreed until the terms are in writing for your counsel. We list every vendor in the path before you sign anything.

Questions we have not answered here.

This page describes how this website and its demo behave today. It is not legal advice and it is not a contract. If you are evaluating us for a regulated practice, ask and we will put the specifics in writing for your counsel before you commit to anything.
